The multi-day tours include complimentary premium concierge service during the trip in Portugal.
This will include assistance on anything you need during your stay, such as:

Airport Meet & Greet / Assistance with delayed flights
Restaurant Reservations (Lunch/Dinner)
Hotel Booking/Changes/Upgrades
Admissions/Tickets for events/attractions
Extra Transportation needs (24/7)
Extra activities reservations during your stay (Sports, Wine, Children, etc)
Urgent assistance (medical/hospital escort in case of need)

* Assistance is available 24/7 by email, and during day time (9AM-11PM) by phone.
* Concierge service is available for non-customers at 249EUR per day.
