Getting a driver in Portugal requires some planning. While you can get a taxi or uber on each city, for very short distances, the challenge comes up when you are visiting multiple cities and want someone trustable, reliable, and with a comfortable and modern vehicle that can take you safely between cities, for one transfer or multi-transfers.
