Lisbon has taxis mostly everywhere.
If you wish to get a taxi in advance, they can be called to reach your address within 10-20 minutes, or schedule for some other day and time.
To ensure the best quality of service, there are two companies you can call:

- 2) Radiotaxis: +351.218119000
They have no app, so needs to be called to their neumbers, and mention pickup address and desired time (if not immediatrely).
Please be aware that taxi drivers may not speak English.
